Mahsa Ebrahimi
With over thirty years of experience in miniature painting, painting, and illustration, Mahsa Ebrahimi began her artistic journey in her youth, specializing in traditional styles from ancient schools of Persian miniature painting. Her dedication to the craft earned her a prestigious diploma in the field.

Mahsa holds a professional diploma from Bologna, Italy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, along with a Master’s degree in Illustration from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran.

She has participated in several group exhibitions both domestically and internationally, including the Hans Christian Andersen Commemoration at the House of Artists in 2005, a miniature painting exhibition at the Bahman Cultural Center in 1993, and an illustration exhibition at the Andisheh Cultural Center in 2001. Additionally, Mahsa has showcased her work in multiple exhibitions in Italy and participated in the Noma Japan and Bologna, Italy competitions.

 

The Arzhang Series

This work was created through an entirely imaginative process, offering a fresh interpretation of traditional Iranian symbols and motifs. By reimagining cultural heritage through a contemporary lens, the work transforms familiar visual elements into a unique, personal narrative.
